How can I find similar items on your site?

 

You can either use our Menus or click on the tags below the item picture, these tags are associated with the garment you like and will show a list of all garments with that tag. Example: Halter Neck Dress

How can I pay for goods on this site?

You need a Cheque or Credit Card to purchase from us online. We process Credit Cards via Payfast.

How do I use Payfast?

You can go via The Cart on this site and follow the steps to pay with Payfast with you Credit Card, which is a safe and secure payment gateway that encrypts your payment information and requests permission from your bank account.

Is there any other way I can pay for goods on this site?

You will still need a Credit Card, but inside of going via the internet, you can call our shop directly 0214471924 and we call process your CC through our machine in the shop.

What if I buy something online, and doesn’t fit me or I really don’t like it?

No problem, we have 7 day exchange policy. Try it on. If it doesn’t fit your taste, let us know and we will pick it up with Fastway Couriers and bring you one that fits. Easy exchange.

How can I track my order and Payment?

You can request a tracking number to see where you parcel is at any point in transit.

How long will it take for me to receive my goods?

2-7 working days, considering that there are no delays to courier service. The item will leave with Fastway Courier Service within 24 hours of payment being received. Central areas will receive parcels faster than outlying areas. We dispatch from Cape Town.

What delays the courier service?

Courier services do not operate on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays. Please bear this in mind when ordering an item. If you order on Saturday, the order will dispatch on Monday.

What is your return policy?

We have a strict 7 day return policy. We will happily exchange the item and replace it with one that fits you or is a better expected colour. All you need to do, within 7 days of purchase, is contact us and arrange for a return: info@yesclothing.co.za | 0214471924

How does the sizing work?

You can view our sizing card here.

In general, Rubyyaya and Lula Soul have generous sizing as they are designed for hot, humid climates, whereas Kalypso7 is a smaller, younger fit. Do not stress, if it doesn’t fit, we will exchange it, provided we have that specific item in stock in your size, alternatively we will make an exchange or refund depending how we can best satisfy you.

 

May I return something I have bought online to one of your Store in Cape Town, Plett or Johannesburg?

 

You will need to first notify us at info@yesclothing.co.za and arrange to make an exchange at one of our stores. Once discussed, you will be able to make a swift exchange or refund if your item is returned within 7 days of purchase and is in its original condition. We regrettable cannot returns goods after 7 days. If you can’t make it to a store please arrange with us for couriers to collect.

How do you collect my returns?

We send our trusted courier service Fastway with packaging to come and collect the return, package it for you and bring it back to us. All you need to do is give them the return. Please note we will only start the exchange / refund process once garment has been received back at our Head Office and checked.

How long does it take for me to receive my refund?

From the time we received your returned goods and have checked them (2-7 days for courier.) We will then instruct Payfast to refund your Credit Card and that will take 2-7 working days. Please be patient and allow for a time of 4-14 working days. We aim to process it as fast as reasonably possible.
