Ordering process for international customers:
  1. Transport cost to be paid by customer US$50
  2. We will subsidise the balance of the courier cost.
  3. A minimum of 3 items must be purchased.
  4. Payment is made via Payfast – South Africa’s secure payment system.
  5. No refunds, returns or credits on International orders.

Once payment is received, goods will be sent out via Fast Way courier. Parcel should reach you within 7 days(longest) of payment. Depending if you are in an outlining area or central. On Receipt of the parcel, If the product is not to your satisfaction, kindly contact us immediately at with a clear reason for the return. We will only accept returned goods with all labeling and in a perfect condition. We will have the parcel collected by Fast Way couriers. On receipt of parcel we will refund your purchase in full.

  • The parcel will be collected with a bag and the address on it. (no need for you to do anything).
  • The parcel could take between 2 to 4 days for us to receive in Cape Town.
  • On receipt of parcel we will instruct PayFast to reimburse you via your credit card.
  • This could take between 7 and 10 days for the funds to be in your account.
  • Please allow a total of 17 days before you have the funds back into your account.
  • We will en devour to speed the process as quickly as we possibly can, giving you the best online service.
  • Only the initial purchase can be returned. Clients cannot repeatedly return items purchased.
