Reminder, we do not accept sale items and goods must be in original condition, with the swing tag attached, please. Kindly return the parcel to our store at Rubyyes The Old Biscuit mill 375 Albert Road Woodstock Cape Town. Please email us with a tracking number. Once we received the parcel we will send you another item as per your request, selection or a refund via PayFast immediately (takes 3 days to reflect on your side). Easy exchange. However if the garment is on sale we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.
