Kindly return the parcel to our store at Rubyyes The Old Biscuit mill 375 Albert Road Woodstock Cape Town. Please email us with a tracking number. Once we received the parcel we will send you another item as per your request, selection or a refund via PayFast immediately (takes 3 days to reflect on your side). Easy exchange. However if the garment is on sale we cannot accept any exchanges or returns.
