Yes Clothing is committed to giving customers the best possible online service. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return, refund or exchange within 7 days of delivery.
To request a return, please contact us at info@yesclothing.co.za within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include your order details, the reason for the return, and whether you would prefer an exchange or a refund.
Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- be requested within 7 days of delivery
- be in their original condition
- be unused and undamaged
- be returned with proof of purchase where applicable
Items will not be eligible for return or exchange if they have been altered, specially ordered, damaged through misuse, or show ordinary wear and tear.
For hygiene reasons, earrings and hosiery cannot be returned or exchanged.
Sale Items
Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@yesclothing.co.za so that we can assist you.
Claims relating to defects may be subject to inspection before a refund, exchange or other remedy is approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method used for purchase.
